Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. Please note it takes ( 7 to 10 days to ship)

What is your return policy ?

Because of COVID-19 we are not doing any refunds or exchanges until further notice.

What if i’m missing an item?

Very rare, But possible. Pls email info@raggedytiff.com with full name and order # to get further assistance.

What material is the jewelry made of?

Many of my pieces are made out of an acrylic, metals, 100% cotton print fabrics. All of the metals are made of a base metal material, with a gold or silver finish plated (not real gold) . I use authentic Swarovski crystals on all of my pieces.

What if I’m allergic?

If your allergic to plated gold and silver, I recommend to please not purchase the piece. Unless merchandise is stating is authentic 100% gold, then its fine.

Do you do custom orders outside of what is available on the site?

Yes, we provide custom services upon request ( email info@raggedytiff.com – Subject Custom Order)  If there is anything that you would like custom made please feel free to email me

How long do custom orders take?

Please note all pieces are #handmade . Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after purchase .

How long does shipping take on items from the collection?

About 2/3 weeks to be made and 3-5-day shipping locally after piece is completed. Please note that every piece is handmade & handcrafted by me and i make every piece by order invoice.

Do you expedite shipping if I need my order sooner than the above mentioned times?

If you need your items to be shipped ASAP, I can totally do that for you upon request only – Please email me at email info@raggedytiff.com( subject – ASAP Shipping) I will work something out and Please note an additional shipping cost will be added to your invoice

Do you sell wholesale?

Please email at email info@raggedytiff.com (subject Wholesale) 

 Never received my order?

Rare, but possible. If this occurs and you do not receive order within 2 weeks, please email me attaching your invoice # and I will resolve the issue and keep you posted on the status of your order.

 Does my order include a tracking #?

YES! All orders have a tracking # . Note that you will receive a tracking # once package is shipped (Via email)

 Do you gift wrap?

Yes, Every piece you order includes beautiful packaging which is already included when you pay ( Shipping + handling + packaging ) a fee all together     

I received my item damaged, what do I do?

If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at email info@raggedytiff.com and we will help resolve the issue.

You can ship exchange or damaged pieces to ( note that you are responsible for the shipping cost)

Every now and then we will have promotional sales and Free Shipping. ( keep an eye on my IG @raggedytiff for special promotions)
