Do you ship Internationally?
Yes I do ship internationally. Please note it takes ( 7 to 10 days to ship)
What material is the jewelry made of?
Many of my pieces are made out of an acrylic, metals, 100% cotton print fabrics. All of the metals are made of a base metal material, with a gold or silver finish plated (not real gold) . I use authentic Swarovski crystals on all of my pieces.
What if I’m allergic?
If your allergic to plated gold and silver, I recommendto please not purchase the piece. Unless merchandise is stating is authentic 100% gold, then its fine.
Do you do custom orders outside of what is available on the site?
Yes, I do provide custom services upon request ( email firstname.lastname@example.org – Subject Custom Order) If there is anything that you would like custom made please feel free to email me
How long do custom orders take?
Please allow 1 week, but it all depends what the piece is
How long does shipping take on items from the collection?
About a week to be made and 2-day shipping locally. Please note that every piece is handmade & handcrafted by me and i make every piece by order invoice.
Do you expedite shipping if I need my order sooner than the above mentioned times?
If you need your items to be shipped ASAP, I can totally do that for you upon request only – Please email me at email@example.com ( subject – ASAP Shipping) I will work something out and Please note an additional shipping cost will be added to your invoice

What is your return policy?
All sales are final, Note that every precious piece was handmade for you. If you would like to exchange for a different design, color you are welcome ( Please email me with your Invoice order # ) and we will work something out. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.
Never received my order?
Rare, but possible. If this occurs and you do not receive order within 2 weeks, please email me attaching your invoice # and I will resolve the issue and keep you posted on the status of your order.
Does my order include a trackign #?
YES! All orders have a tracking # . Note that you will receive a tracking # once package is shipped (Via email)
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, Every piece you order includes beautiful packaging which is already included when you pay ( Shipping + handling + packaging ) a fee all together
I received my item damaged, what do I do?
If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at email@example.com and we will help resolve the issue.
You can ship exchange or damaged pieces to ( note that you are responsible for the shipping cost)
